for this site — Google Analytics 4.
Both load opted-out by default: neither sets cookies, records sessions, nor collects
analytics data until you accept analytics cookies in the banner. Once accepted, PostHog
sets its own cookies (session recordings mask form inputs) and, if GA4 is configured, GA4
sets its _ga/_ga_* cookies. See our

No data is shared with third parties or used for advertising.
When you submit an enquiry via the contact form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to Postmark for delivery. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
The site also processes technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser/device information, pages requested, referrer, and timestamps.
Enquiry data is processed to respond to requests and take steps before entering a contract for prints, image licensing, or related services. Security logs and privacy-preserving analytics are processed under legitimate interests. Analytics cookies, if enabled, are processed with consent.
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or transfer your personal data, object to some processing, or withdraw consent.
If you are unhappy with how we have used your personal data, you can complain to us first using our data protection complaints form, or by email to hello@edinburghskyline.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and keep you informed of progress and the outcome. If you remain dissatisfied, you can escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
